If you're nodding to all that, then Fine Foods - Locanda Del Melo is very much worth a visit. It's a small, unpretentious, neighbourhood Italian putting out some extremely good pasta dishes that, despite being between Borough and Maltby Street, has somehow received no press whatsoever in the last 18 years. At least as good as Padella up.
